UX Designer Job Description

We at Al-Kuwait are looking for a highly talented UX Designer to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for creating user interfaces and improving user experience across all digital products and services. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met in the development process. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UX design principles and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities:
-Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
-Design graphic elements such as logos, icons, color schemes, typography etc.
-Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and other visual aids
-Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
-Identify usability issues and create solutions to address them
-Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
-Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, images etc.

Qualifications:
-Degree in Human Computer Interaction or related field is preferred
-Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
-Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript; jQuery; Bootstrap; AngularJS is preferred
-Excellent problem solving skills
-Strong attention to detail

Requirements:
-Strong portfolio of design projects
-Ability to create innovative designs with excellent usability
-Organization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
