We are looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business and ensuring that our organization meets its goals and objectives.

Job Description:
The Business Manager will be responsible for managing the organization's financial resources, leading strategic planning processes, building strong customer relationships, and developing effective teams. The successful candidate will also be expected to develop comprehensive plans to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Manager or similar role
• Strong financial knowledge with the ability to analyze large amounts of data
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on building successful teams
• Outstanding communication ability with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective strategies with excellent organizational skills
• Excellent IT proficiency with an understanding of business information systems

Job Requirements:
• At least 5 years’ experience in Business Management or a related field
• Experience in working with international customers is preferred but not required
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic would be beneficial but not required
