Executive Chef – Doha

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a wide variety of culinary experiences for our guests. You will be in charge of managing the entire kitchen staff and facilities, leading the development of new menus, and ensuring that all food is prepared safely, on time, and with the highest quality standards.

Job Description:

• Create innovative dishes that adhere to our high standards of quality while also meeting guests’ expectations
• Oversee all kitchen operations including menu planning, portion control, food preparation, sanitation, safety and personnel management
• Develop creative ways to keep the menu interesting for our guests
• Plan menus as well as develop new recipes
• Responsible for ordering supplies from reliable vendors
• Ensure that all meals are prepared with the highest degree of hygiene and safety standards
• Monitor food costs to ensure budget targets are met
Requirements:
• Proven experience as Executive Chef in a fine-dining environment
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods and techniques as well as nutrition principles
• Passionate about culinary arts with an eye for detail
• Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated ability to motivate kitchen staff members

Salary: 1100 per month
