Job Description:
We are looking to hire a Supervisor for our Doha office, who will be responsible for providing high-level supervision and guidance to all staff in the office. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the field, as well as excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Demands for the Candidate:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• At least 3-4 years of prior supervisory experience in a professional setting
• Knowledge of applicable standards and regulations
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Ability to develop and implement processes to ensure efficient workflow
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Fluency in English (additional language preferred)
