We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to take on one of the most important roles in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience managing restaurants, preferably in the Dubai area, and be able to demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.

The primary responsibility of the Restaurant Manager is to oversee all facets of restaurant operations, from ensuring customer satisfaction to managing staff and financials. The successful candidate must be able to assess customer needs, identify opportunities for improvement and devise strategies that ensure maximum customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. They should also have excellent communication skills, allowing them to effectively manage staff, resolve customer complaints, provide training and ensure a safe environment for employees and customers alike.

This is a full time position with a salary of 1100 Dirhams per month. We are open to considering foreign candidates who can demonstrate their experience in this role.
