Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business and help shape the future of our restaurant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including customer service, staff management, financial management, menu planning, and marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and an understanding of the hospitality industry.

In this role, you will:

- Oversee all restaurant operations and ensure customer satisfaction
- Hire, train and manage staff
- Develop and implement menus in line with budgetary guidelines
- Monitor inventory and supplies to ensure the availability of ingredients for menu items
- Develop strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Ensure adherence to all safety standards
- Establish relationships with vendors to secure best prices on supplies
- Manage financials including budgeting, forecasting, reporting etc.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years' experience managing restaurants or similar establishments
- Proven track record of managing staff effectively
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment
