Job Description:

We are looking for a Sous Chef for our restaurant in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations while ensuring that the highest standards of quality and hygiene are maintained. This position is open to foreign applicants, and we offer a salary of 1500.

Requirements for the Candidate:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation techniques, and menu planning
• Proven track record in managing and controlling costs
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Up to date with cooking trends and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Certified Food Handlers Certificate or equivalent is preferred
