Duties and Responsibilities:
The HR Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of HR professionals. The HR Manager will also be charged with developing strategies to attract and retain the highest quality staff members possible. In addition to these duties, the HR Manager will be expected to handle employee relations issues, conduct performance reviews, ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, create employee development programs, assist in the development of company policies and procedures, and carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who has at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources management or related field. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of local labor laws is also essential for this role. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred but not required.
