Barista job in Sharjah UAE for unskilled worker


We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have great customer service skills, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and an understanding of coffee making techniques.

This position offers a salary of 1600 AED per month.

The job responsibilities include:

-Preparing all coffee-based beverages according to company recipes and standards;
-Greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items;
-Maintaining inventory of supplies and restocking shelves as needed;
-Ensuring cleanliness of the cafe area;
-Operating cash registers and other equipment; and
-Providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate should have at least one year of experience working as a Barista or in other related roles. Additionally, they should be able to demonstrate knowledge of coffee making techniques, food safety standards, customer service principles, and cash handling procedures. While we are open to considering foreigners for this role, proficiency in spoken English is required for communication with customers. We also expect the applicant to possess strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
