Job Description:
As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverages that meet our customers’ needs. You will have excellent customer service skills to create a pleasant atmosphere in the coffee shop. Your duties will involve preparing drinks according to recipes, maintaining efficient workflow during busy hours, keeping the shop clean and tidy at all times and responding promptly to customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for operating cash registers where required and restocking supplies.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, we require that you have prior experience as a barista or similar role in hospitality or customer service. You should have excellent knowledge of coffee beans varieties, brewing methods and recipes as well as good knowledge of food safety regulations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and have an outgoing personality with enthusiasm for engaging customers on their visit. In addition, you should be able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
