Job Description:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations of our restaurant. This includes menu development, staff training, food preparation, budgeting and cost control, inventory control and sanitation practices. The Executive Chef must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for quality and consistency.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
• Proven track record in menu development and cost control
• Knowledgeable about international cuisines, cooking techniques, ingredients and equipment
• Creative vision when it comes to food presentation
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and motivate staff performance
