Sommelier Job in Dubai

A luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai is looking for an experienced Sommelier to join their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to the hotel’s restaurant and bar guests. The Sommelier will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and other beverages. In addition, they will be tasked with making wine and beverage recommendations to guests and handling the inventory of wines and other beverages.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
• At least 3 years of experience as a sommelier or wine steward in a 5-star hotel setting
• Working knowledge of international wines, beer, spirits, and mixology
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to recommend the ideal beverage selection for guests
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Previous experience handling inventory is preferred

Salary: 1000 AED per month. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this position.
