Barista vacancy in Dubai UAE for foreigners


We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a positive atmosphere in the shop.

The primary role of the Barista is to serve customers with top-notch coffee, tea, and other beverages. The Barista will be responsible for taking customer orders and preparing drinks according to the customer's specification while providing excellent customer service. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, following health and safety regulations, stocking supplies, and ensuring that all beverages are served at the correct temperature.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and an understanding of customer service principles. They should have basic knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods as well as experience in operating coffee machines such as espresso makers and grinders. An understanding of hygiene practices is also essential.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500 AED per month. We are open to considering foreign applicants with minimal work experience in this field but must demonstrate enthusiasm for learning new skills.
