Barista job in Al-Kuwait Kuwait for unskilled worker


We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly personality.

The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee drinks to customers. This includes operating the espresso machine, grinding coffee beans, brewing coffee drinks based on customer orders, and cleaning all related equipment. Additionally, the Barista may be required to answer customer inquiries about the menu and make recommendations based on customers’ preferences. The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure is essential in this role.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. A good command of English is also required.

In return we offer an attractive salary package of 1400 per month plus attractive benefits package which includes health insurance and paid vacation days. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position.
