Al-Kuwait is looking for an experienced and organized Secretary to join our team. We are looking for an individual who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have a high degree of initiative and be able to prioritize duties efficiently.

The main duties of the Secretary will include managing office communications, scheduling meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, preparing reports, filing documents and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate will also be responsible for data entry and keeping accurate records of all correspondences. Additionally, the Secretary must have a keen eye for detail in order to ensure accuracy of all work done.

We offer an attractive salary package of 1200 per month plus other benefits and we are willing to consider foreign applicants as well. If you are interested in this role please apply with your CV and a covering letter detailing your experience relevant to this role.
