We are looking for a motivated, experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role and the ability to lead and motivate employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the day-to-day operations of the organization. They will be required to create and maintain operational processes, manage staff performance, and provide guidance when needed. In addition, they must ensure that all tasks are completed on time and that quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with staff members. They should have strong problem-solving skills and be well organized. We are willing to consider foreign candidates if they can demonstrate commitment to the role and possess the appropriate skill set.
