Library Assistant - Dubai, UAE (Preference for Indian Women Without Experience)
We are looking for a Library Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent English language skills and be comfortable assisting library patrons with various tasks. They should also have an interest in books and a basic understanding of library protocols. No prior experience is required. We are especially interested in candidates of Indian nationality who hold their own visa. Female applicants are especially encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
-Organize library materials and resources
-Assist patrons with locating books or other materials
-Keep track of new books or other materials that enter the library
-Provide assistance with computer inquiries, such as access to the internet or software usage
-Answer basic inquiries from patrons related to library services or materials
-Stay up to date on library policies and procedures
Requirements:
-Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken
-Interest in books and knowledge of basic library protocols
-No prior experience required, but any relevant experience is preferred
-Preference for Indian nationals who hold their own visa (not mandatory)
