Office Assistant - Sharjah, UAE (African Graduates Preferred)
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This is a contract job with free visa and ticket provided. We prefer African graduates with excellent English communication skills for this role.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team. Your duties may include but are not limited to organizing and managing files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, answering phones, maintaining records, and other tasks as assigned. You must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and take initiative when needed.
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. You must also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines. We are looking for someone with great customer service skills who can communicate clearly in English with customers over the phone or via email. Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not required.
