Chef – Abu-Dhabi

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence. We offer a competitive salary of 900. We are open to consider foreign candidates as well.

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Chef
• Knowledge of international cuisines and food preparation techniques
• Ability to work under pressure, stay organized and multi-task
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid food hygiene certificate or equivalent qualification is desirable
• A valid passport or ID card is required for foreign candidates

Job Responsibilities:
• Create new dishes or modify existing recipes according to customer requests
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages
• Ensure all dishes are prepared in accordance with the restaurant’s standards
• Maintain a clean working area at all times by adhering to health & safety regulations
