Office manager job in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the office. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, able to multi-task and handle pressure, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. They should also have a good understanding of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Previous experience in an office setting or customer service is preferred but not required.
The Office Manager’s primary duties will include managing the day-to-day operations of the office; ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately; organizing paperwork; preparing reports; responding to customer inquiries; maintaining databases; filing paperwork; ordering supplies; keeping the office organized; managing calendars; providing support to other departments; and carrying out any other tasks as assigned.
This position offers a salary of 1800 AED per month. We are open to considering candidates from abroad who have no prior experience in this role.
