Office manager job vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized and skilled Office Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the entire office, managing office supplies, coordinating staff meetings and dealing with vendor inquiries.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and problem-solving skills along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities. The Office Manager should also have a positive attitude and a professional demeanor with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, ordering office supplies, arranging travel and accommodation for staff members etc.
• Prepare reports on office operations
• Handle customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone
• Monitor office expenses and maintain accurate records of all purchases
• Develop systems to ensure efficient operation of the office
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations related to health & safety
• Provide support in arranging meetings and other events.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Previous experience working as an Office Manager or similar position is preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: 1600 AED per month. We are ready to consider an immigrant.
