Restaurant Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a busy and successful eatery in the heart of the city.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently at all times. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, provide training and guidance, ensure customer satisfaction, and look for opportunities to increase profits. You must have excellent organizational skills, great leadership qualities, and the ability to motivate your team. Communication skills are also essential as you will need to interact with customers on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate should possess:
• Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Knowledge of the local market and customer service standards
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• High level of accuracy when dealing with finances

Salary: 1100 AED per month. We are willing to consider an immigrant for this role.
