Job Title: Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 1700 AED/month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in a managerial role and a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving business results.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of the business and direct staff to ensure objectives are attained efficiently and effectively
• Develop strategies to increase profitability, customer satisfaction, and staff retention
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop budgets for activities, departments, and projects
• Evaluate performance of staff members and provide guidance or training as needed
• Prepare reports on progress within the company for upper management review
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a manager or other leadership role with 1+ years of experience; international experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; able to deliver presentations to large groups.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
