Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, accurately processing all financial transactions, and ensuring all cash is handled according to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be reliable and trustworthy, have a good understanding of banking regulations, and be comfortable working with numbers. Previous experience in a banking environment is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their banking needs
• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments etc.
• Balance cash drawer on a daily basis
• Receive checks and cash for deposit; verify amounts; examine checks for endorsements; enter deposits into computer records; cash checks or pay out money after verifying signatures; issue receipts; enter transactions into bank computers
• Cross-sell bank products and services as needed
• Provide information on bank services such as loans, safety deposit boxes etc.
• Ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations
• Handle customer service inquiries in an efficient manner

Salary: 1800 AED per month (Negotiable depending on experience). We are also willing to consider a foreigner for the position.
