Job Responsibilities
- Developing sales strategies to meet organizational objectives for market share and profitability
- Managing customer relationships by understanding their requirements and providing them with solutions that meet their needs
- Designing sales plans to increase market share in designated regions
- Analyzing sales data to identify trends, monitor performance, and create reports for senior management
- Identifying opportunities for new products or services in the marketplace and developing strategies to capitalize on them
- Maintaining relationships with existing customers through regular contact and follow-up activities
- Developing effective promotional campaigns that maximize exposure for the company’s products

Qualifications & Skills Needed
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong interpersonal skills who can lead a team of professionals. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required
- Proven track record of success in sales management, including developing successful sales strategies
