Job Summary
Housekeeping Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi. We are looking for a reliable and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will report directly to the general manager and will be responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized hotel environment. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, will be hospitable, professional, and have an understanding of modern hotel housekeeping standards.

Job Duties
• Lead the housekeeping team in providing efficient daily operations of all housekeeping activities
• Ensure that all rooms meet high standards of cleanliness
• Ensure that all safety measures are followed in the housekeeping department
• Train staff on standard operating procedures
• Supervise staff performance to ensure quality services are provided
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order as needed
• Create, manage and maintain daily schedules for housekeeping staff
• Assist with resolving customer complaints regarding cleaning service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or equivalent experience is preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a hotel environment is required
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lead a team effectively is essential
• Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Salary: 1800 AED
