Office Administrator (Abu-Dhabi)
We are looking for an experienced and organized Office Administrator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office and ensuring the efficient running of the office. The salary is 1200 AED per month. We are also willing to consider an immigrant.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Office Administrator, or in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office and other software programs
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Multitasking skills
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification preferred but not essential
Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the office such as ordering supplies, organizing mailings, etc.
• Assist with data entry tasks, filing, archiving documents, etc.
• Handle incoming calls, inquiries, visitors and other requests from personnel
• Track stock levels of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Prepare reports on various projects as requested
