Surveyor – Al-Kuwait

We at Al-Kuwait are currently looking for an experienced Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out surveys of land and buildings, preparing detailed reports and drawing plans. The salary for this position is 1000 KD and we are willing to consider an immigrant for the role.

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field is preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of experience in a surveying role.
• Knowledge of surveying techniques and tools such as GPS, total station, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments.

Duties:
• Conduct surveys on land and buildings using a variety of methods such as GPS, total station, photogrammetry etc.
• Analyze survey data to prepare detailed reports and drawing plans.
• Ensure accuracy of all survey data collected by verifying measurements taken on site with those recorded on various maps/ drawings/ documents etc.
• Prepare surveys following all relevant laws/regulations applicable in Al-Kuwait.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects within the allotted time frame/ budget etc.
