Job Summary
Supervisor needed for a manufacturing company in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of operations, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Supervisor will be offered a salary of 1000. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations, setting up production schedules and managing resources to achieve cost efficiency
- Ensure that safety standards are adhered to within the organization
- Monitor employees’ performance and provide feedback and coaching as necessary
- Ensure production targets are met in accordance with quality standards
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure a smooth workflow
- Maintain records of materials, supplies, production output, etc.
- Develop strategies to improve productivity and profitability

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
