Supervisor – Al-Kuwait

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks within the organization. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop work schedules for assigned staff, ensuring efficient utilization of personnel resources
• Monitor progress on projects and tasks to ensure timelines are met
• Assist in the development of new policies and procedures as needed
• Identify potential problems or areas needing improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes as needed
• Conduct performance appraisals for assigned staff, provide feedback and coaching when appropriate

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively
• Strong knowledge of organizational policies/procedures and human resources regulations
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
