We are looking for a talented and creative Florist to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers, plants and gardening, as well as have excellent customer service skills. We offer a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
• Design and arrange floral arrangements according to customer requests
• Keep the shop area clean and organized
• Receive flower shipments and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Assist customers with selecting products that best suit their needs
• Create window displays to attract customers
• Monitor stock levels of plants, flowers, vases, and other supplies

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in floristry or a related field is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of basic gardening techniques to maintain freshness of flowers
• Creative eye for design with attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
