We are seeking a highly organized Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing travel advice and assistance to our clients, helping them to plan and book ideal trips.

The Travel Agent will be expected to develop strong relationships with customers, responding quickly to their inquiries and offering personalized travel advice. You should have extensive knowledge of the tourism industry, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
• Provide personalized travel advice and assistance to customers
• Help clients plan and book trips that meet their requirements
• Source the best prices for flights, hotels, car hire and activities
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel industry
• Develop long-term relationships with customers
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
• Generate new business leads through marketing activities

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Travel Agent or similar role
• Knowledge of the tourism industry and its regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: 1300 per month (negotiable for foreign candidates)
