Job Description
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to increase company revenue. You will also be responsible for leading a team of marketing professionals in the development and implementation of campaigns to promote products, services, and events.

Job Duties
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize customer engagement, brand awareness, and ROI.
• Oversee the creation of promotional materials such as press releases, social media content, web banners, newsletters, etc.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
• Lead collaborative efforts with other departments (e.g., product development) to create integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall strategic goals.
• Manage budgets related to campaigns and projects.
• Measure the effectiveness of campaigns through analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar tools.
• Create reports on key performance metrics such as website traffic, conversions, lead generation, etc.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors’ activities; develop competitive strategies accordingly.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required; Master's degree is preferred
• Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing roles; experience in leading teams is a plus
• Demonstrated track record in developing successful campaigns with proven ROI results
• Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing platforms (e.g., SEO/SEM) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for various audiences
• Proven ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously
