Demands for the Candidate
The ideal UX Designer should possess the following skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or related field
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a UX design role
• Strong knowledge of user experience principles and practices
• Well-versed in prototyping software such as Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to interpret data from analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
