Job Title: Secretary
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1600 QAR + benefits
We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the organization, including scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining a filing system. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600 QAR plus benefits. We are open to considering candidates who are immigrants to Qatar.
The ideal candidate should have at least two years' experience in a similar role. They must be well organized and able to multi-task efficiently while managing their time effectively. The successful applicant must also have excellent written and verbal communication skills as they will be liaising with stakeholders both locally and internationally.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling meetings/appointments and maintaining diaries
- Preparing documents such as letters, memos, reports, presentations etc.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Greeting visitors and providing them with assistance when needed
- Organizing office operations such as filing systems and maintaining records
- Performing general administrative tasks such as photocopying/scanning documents
Qualifications & Skills:
- A minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Openness to immigration to Qatar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
