Paramedic – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Paramedic to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emergency medical care and transport to patients in the field. This position offers a salary of 1500 QAR and is open to foreign applicants.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Paramedic or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). He or she should be familiar with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical equipment, as well as possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate must also be able to work independently and respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to emergency calls promptly and provide medical care according to established protocols
• Perform patient assessments and provide appropriate treatment
• Utilize medical equipment such as stretchers, wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, defibrillators, etc.
• Transport patients safely to the hospital or other care facilities
• Maintain accurate records of all treatments provided
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, documenting incidents, etc.
• Participate in continuing education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices
• Ensure adherence with safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s Degree preferred
• Must possess current Paramedic/EMT license from an accredited institution • Must have at least 2 years of experience working as a Paramedic/EMT • Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures and equipment required • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work independently under pressure • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
