Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1400 QAR per month
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, managing staff and ensuring all operations are running efficiently and effectively. You should have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as a strong understanding of business principles. We are willing to consider foreign applicants for this role. Minimum work experience is expected.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective business strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity
• Oversee daily operations of the business and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations
• Monitor financial performance closely and make recommendations to improve profitability
• Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and customer needs
• Create reports on progress, sales results, financials, expenses etc.
• Develop effective relationships with suppliers, customers, staff and other stakeholders
• Manage staff recruitment, training, development and performance evaluations


Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
