Executive Chef – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Doha!

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or restaurant. You should have excellent knowledge of international cuisine, great presentation skills, and the ability to manage others. We are also willing to consider immigrants for this position.

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a hotel/restaurant
• Knowledge of international cuisines
• Ability to manage and motivate team members
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

As an Executive Chef at our Doha location, you will be responsible for developing menus, managing the kitchen staff, overseeing food preparation and presentation, controlling costs, ordering supplies, ensuring health and safety standards are met, training staff members, managing budgets and improving processes. You must be able to work well with others and lead by example.
