We are currently seeking a Land Surveyor for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the field and an understanding of local regulations. The salary for this role is 900 SAR per month.

The primary responsibility of the Land Surveyor will be to conduct surveys and develop plans of land parcels, including determining boundaries, calculating areas, and preparing maps that include contour lines, symbols for natural features, and building locations. The successful candidate should have a thorough understanding of surveying instruments such as GPS receivers, total stations, and level instruments.

Additional requirements include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
