We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented and have a passion for providing excellent customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including overseeing the staff, managing budgets and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager will also be in charge of creating and implementing strategies to increase profits and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant
• Manage staff schedules and assign duties
• Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed
• Train new employees on policies and procedures
• Monitor food quality and presentation standards
• Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant’s brand
• Handle customer complaints in a timely manner
• Ensure that all financial records are accurate and up to date
• Monitor budgeting activities

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role or similar position • Proven track record of success in increasing profits while maintaining customer satisfaction levels. • Excellent customer service skills • Strong leadership abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work under pressure • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of food safety regulations • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings & weekends when needed
