RESTAURANT MANAGER - DUBAI

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a strong eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role is essential. Salary on offer is 1500 AED per month. Foreigners are welcome to apply.

Demands for the Candidate:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or similar field
- At least three years of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is preferred)
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of cash handling techniques and basic accounting principles
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety regulations

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations, including staffing, customer relations, menu planning, food preparation, storage, cash management, budgeting and ordering of supplies
- Planning special events such as banquets or buffet services as required
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruiting new staff members such as chefs or waiters/waitresses
- Performing administrative tasks such as paperwork or record keeping
