Restaurant Manager - Dubai

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of customer service and maximizing profitability.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience in overseeing staff and training them. A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and financial management is essential. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all operational aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, customer service, menu planning, budgeting and cost control
• Develop strategies for improving customer service
• Train staff on restaurant policies and procedures
• Monitor inventory levels; order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations; maintain cleanliness standards
• Manage payroll; process employee schedules
• Analyze financial data to inform decisions on increasing profit margins

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 3 years' experience in a management role in the hospitality/restaurant industry required • Knowledge of food safety regulations; familiarity with POS systems desired • Fluency in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus • Availability to work evenings and weekends • Willingness to relocate if necessary (we are ready to consider an immigrant) • Salary: 1200 per month.
