We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef with 3+ years of experience in the foodservice industry to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for all kitchen operations, including menu planning and development, food quality and taste, staff training and development, budgeting and cost control, health and safety, and compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading a successful kitchen team to produce high-quality dishes in a timely manner. The Executive Chef must be organized, creative, passionate about food production, and have an eye for detail. In addition to strong leadership skills, the successful candidate must also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with other departments in the organization. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100 per month as well as potential for career advancement within the organization. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Al-Kuwait.
