We are seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in Al-Kuwait.

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You will be expected to work collaboratively with all kitchen staff to ensure a high standard of food is produced and served in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for menu planning, ordering and stock control, food safety compliance, and training junior staff.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a sous chef in a fine dining establishment. You must also possess excellent culinary skills, strong leadership abilities, and an understanding of food safety regulations. The ability to work under pressure and maintain positive relationships with colleagues is essential.
