The ideal candidate should have experience in Human Resources Management, with a minimum of one year in this field. We expect the candidate to have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as an understanding of the best practices of HR management. The candidate should also possess excellent problem-solving capabilities, be able to work independently and have great multitasking skills.

As the HR Manager at Al-Kuwait, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR department including recruitment and selection processes, performance management, administration and training & development. You will also be responsible for developing policies and procedures that support our strategic goals and ensure compliance with local regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing employee relations and resolving disputes within the workplace in a timely manner.
