Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team in Doha. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks, as well as other hot and cold beverages to our customers. You will also provide excellent customer service and ensure that the café is clean and welcoming at all times. We are offering a competitive salary of 1100 for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
Your main responsibility as a Barista is to prepare coffee drinks such as espresso-based coffees, teas, smoothies, frappuccinos, etc., according to company standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the café area, stocking supplies such as cups, lids, napkins, etc., taking customer orders and payments accurately in cash or credit card format; ensuring that all drinks are made correctly and served promptly; preparing food items such as sandwiches or pastries; keeping track of inventory; and any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:
To be successful as our Barista you must have previous experience working with coffee machines or similar equipment; knowledge of various brewing methods; an understanding of different flavoured coffees/teas/smoothies/frappuccinos; excellent customer service skills; strong organizational skills; an ability to work both independently and within a team environment; good communication skills both written and verbal; availability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays if needed; basic computer literacy (Windows & Microsoft Office); valid health certificate from approved medical centre in Qatar (for foreigners).
