Job Summary:
As our Welder, you will be responsible for performing welding processes such as FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding) and SMAW (Stick Metal Arc Welding) on various metal components, including aluminum and stainless steel. You should be able to read technical blueprints accurately and possess the ability to make decisions quickly by understanding safety protocols and procedures related to welding tasks.

Responsibilities:
• Set up welding equipment according to blueprints or other instructions
• Examine workpieces for defects and measure pieces using precision instruments such as calipers or micrometers
• Ensure that the welds meet quality standards by inspecting them visually or with x-rays or ultrasonic techniques
• Understand safety protocols related to welding activities
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs or modifications made on welds

Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Welder (2+ years)
• Advanced knowledge of welding techniques like SMAW, FCAW etc.
• Technical understanding of different metals like stainless steel, aluminum etc.
• Ability to comprehend technical blueprints accurately
• Attention to detail when inspecting welds
