It is essential that the candidate demonstrate excellent communication skills, as they will need to work with both internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving abilities and be able to anticipate potential risks associated with the project. They must also possess strong leadership qualities, as they will be expected to lead teams both onsite and remotely.
