Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Civil Engineer to join our team in Sharjah. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining projects related to civil engineering. This includes overseeing all aspects of the project from design to completion. This position requires a high level of creativity and problem-solving skills as well as excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field with at least 1 year of experience in a similar position or relevant field work experience. We are also ready to consider immigrant applicants with no prior experience in this field. The candidate must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills, be able to work independently, and have strong communication skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD software is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the Civil Engineer include designing plans according to client specifications, overseeing construction projects from start to finish, performing site visits as needed, monitoring the progress of the project, analyzing data related to the project, preparing reports for clients on project progress and results, making recommendations for improvements where needed, collaborating with other professionals such as architects or surveyors on larger projects, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times, staying up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices, attending meetings with clients or other stakeholders as necessary; providing guidance or assistance during inspections when necessary; helping develop budgets; working with contractors; staying within budget constraints; managing subcontractors; ensuring adherence to quality standards; identifying any potential legal issues related to projects; resolving conflicts between parties involved in the project; adhering to all applicable regulations; conducting research related to projects; providing technical advice when needed; ensuring deadlines are met when possible.
