Working closely with the management team, the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of sales experience in a similar role; they must be able to demonstrate an ability to reach targets, work well under pressure, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an in-depth understanding of the market. The successful applicant should also possess strong leadership qualities and be able to effectively manage their team.

In this role, you will be expected to manage all sales activities; including customer relations, product launches, market analysis and forecasting. You will also need to collaborate with other departments such as marketing or finance in order to ensure that all objectives are met. The ability to develop effective relationships with customers is essential in this role.
